Stay away from spicy foods, and caffeine, two worst things for u w/Acid Reflux. I have it pretty bad, and after about 4 days of being on Protonix, I feel much much better…Just gotta eat right… stay away from red sauces ..

other than watching your diet, drink water, chew gum, sugerfree of course and eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big. this will not cure you, but should help reduce the symptoms. Your prenatal vitamins may also be the culprit.

Try buying raw organc apple cider vinegar. You take 2 teaspoons mix with water or another drink (I use ice tea) drink it before a meal. Start out just doing it before dinner and if after a few days it doesn’t help, try taking before lunch too.
