well i say pelvic pain is becuz ur baby is streaching ur urtus and the dizzinessand headachs are normal also the back pain try not sleeping on ur back if it gets worse go in the er and have them check for ur baby ….nausea is sooo normal so dont even worry about it….so dont worry just talk to ur dr…
I am 7 weeks on monday and I have the following:
Tiredness,
Nausia,
Wind,
Diziness,
Cramps,
Sensitivity to various smells,
Silliest things make me sneeze (incl. my aerosol deodorant),
Back aches,
Head aches,
Mood swings,
Think thats it….
Isn’t the first trimester so much fun?!
EDIT: To soothe back ache, buy a V pillow and use it to support your torso while you sleep, really helps ease the pain. Also helps support the bump later on.
Remember only Paracetamol is advisable painkiller while pregnant. You should not take Ibuprofen unless directed to by a doctor.
Eat regularly and in small amounts to help combat nausea. Also I’ve found a cold apple juice helps calm down that horrible boiling hot sicky feeling.
when I was 8 weeks, I had the occasional headaches, major mood swings, tender swollen ******* that were gradually going away, and some cramping, but no pelvic pain that early. I’m gettin’ that now, and I’m almost 13 weeks. But I guess it depends.

You should probably ask your doctor about the pelvic pain. The rest sounds completely normal to me.
