If you haven’t gone to the doctor its probably a wise thing to do. They can give you stuff for acid reflux. They will be able to figure out why you have neck pain.
I’m not a Dr. (I would recommend seeing one.)The double chin sounds glandular,maybe Thyroid.Acid reflux can be controlled without the expensive prescription meds.One thing that helps alot of people are apple cider vinegar capsules.About $3-$5.oo.The neck to shoulder blades could be a strained muscle,possibly even a bulging disc in your neck;or something more serious.You should be seen by a Professional.Good luck to you.
