im going through ALMOST the exactly same thing.
my doctor (multiple doctors said it probably came along for me because of stress) im only a few years older than you but it first started when i was 16. have things been stressful for you lately? maybe, they were for me, my nausea came along when i got nervous about something, and i would get stomach aches dizzzy, couldnt get food down
just consult a doctor…just incase its something more serious. i was just diagnosed with acid reflux, on pills for it. my one doctor feels its something i will grow out of as i get older,
maybe yours is the same way, maybe its different, best consult a docor though asap just to be sure.
Switch to a mild diet such as bananas rice applesauce or toast. Eat smaller portions. Take a Pepcid (OTC) twice a day. After about two weeks, if you are not better, go see a doctor.

Don’t eat before bed, take an antacid before bed. Eat small meals.
