Ok. When you star your cycle, you will not be having them normal for quite a while. That does not really concern me. Okay. The yeast infections, you really need to wash at least 2 times daily down there. Also, if you are eating lots of bread, cut down on it. If you have asthma, you need to see your doctor. Acid reflux also you need to see your doctor. I would say that you need to get at least 8 hours of sleep during the night. Also, most of this could be considered anxiety related.
I’m not a doctor, so I can’t really answer your question with a medical point of view, but still, here’s my answer.
If you’ve only just started having your period (within a year) then you’re period can be delayed for up to 4 months, for example my friend had been having hers for 2 and 1/2 years, an for some reason she didn’t have hers for 3 months. She got really worried, but I shouldn’t worry too much. Anxiety and stress can be linked with delay of periods, If your body is stressed (excessive exercise) or even just your mind then it can delay. Just wait it out, It’s stressful (ironic) but you’re most probably fine. If you’re still worried after 3 more months, or even now, you could go see your local doctor.
The fact that you deal with this on the web should be a hint about yourself.
When you have things going on in your life, the normal healthy thing is to take steps to solve them. The obvious thing would be to see a doctor. If it’s minor, you’ll be relieved. If it’s serious, at least you can catch it before it gets worse.
