I don’t think it is a sign of pregancy because it generally comes later in pregnacy, and then it gets really bad in alot of women. A good sign of pregnancy would be feeling sick to your stomach, weak stomach, weight gain, the feeling like your getting your period but it never comes.
it wasnt a sign of pregnancy but i know that ive been getting it alot more since i got pregnant, it started about 2 weeks ago so id say around my 8th week is when it started
There is good news and bad news about reflux in pregnancy. The good news is that is usually resolves itself in the weeks and months following birth because hormone levels return to normal. The bad news is that at least 25% of women experience daily heartburn as soon as they become pregnant and by the third trimester approximately 75% of pregnant women experience severe heartburn.

my sister did for her first pregnancy. she actually thought that she just had bad heartburn. after about three weeks her doctor tested her and there she was, pregnant. we all thought it was a little funny but her doctor said everyone is different. good luck.
I had heartburn before I even new I was pregnant. And I had never had it in my life before. I found out about a week later I was pg. So I went back and connected the two!
I didnt have bad heartburn until later in my pregnancy usually its caused by the baby and the extra weight pressing up against your stomach but everyone is different just some zantac it worked best for me and its safe if you are pregnant, and take a test asap.
i had heartburn / acid reflex a couple of weeks after we found out about the baby. it wasn’t that bad at first, but now at 37 weeks, it’s horrible! i can’t eat anything. tums helps a lot. or drinking some milk (but that doesn’t last very long)
my husbands mother told me that if you have heartburn early, it’s going to be a boy. & sure enough, it was. even though i don’t believe that kind of stuff.
I did. I’m 11 weeks now, and started having heart burn/acid reflux around 5 weeks. I was also really really gassy. I’ve never had heart burn before and this is my third pregnancy. Try eating a small handful of almonds to help with the heartburn. 7-10 almonds should work. Try eating them when symptoms are bad or right before you eat something you know will bother you. Good Luck.
well in both of my pregnancies i had it EVERYDAY it ****** it still does as of right now i have heartburn…but when you have a baby it goes away…at times..good luck
